Lit. b GDPR, i.e., the principle that states that the use of personal data is permitted if it is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or to take actions aimed at concluding a contract. The retention period for such inquiries is determined as follows: • In case of failure to conclude a contract (interrupted, suspended conversations), data is deleted after 6 months from the date of last contact from your side; • In case of impossibility to establish cooperation (e.g., if we do not provide services you are asking about), data is deleted immediately after clarifying the matter (usually no later than within a month); • In case of concluding a contract, data is stored for the entire duration of cooperation, and then for the period of potential claims arising from this cooperation. If your inquiry concerns the functionality of our website or questions or suggestions related to our services that you are recipients of, we consider actions to ensure the highest possible level of services provided and professional service to our clients as our legally justified interest (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). According to GDPR, we act in the so-called legally justified interest of the Administrator (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We plan to store your data for the period necessary for us to contact you and subsequent analysis of the conversation course. This will take us no more than a year.
