I. Contact Form Information Clause
The entity responsible for protecting information about you provided in the contact form (both on the main page and in the "contact" tab) (the so-called Personal Data Controller) is Call Center Pro Konrad Kwiatkowski with its registered office at Al. Wolności 50b, 42-200 Częstochowa.

Data will be processed for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
If your inquiry concerns the possibility of establishing cooperation, the legal basis is Art. 6. Para 1. Lit. b GDPR, i.e., the principle that states that the use of personal data is permitted if it is necessary for the conclusion of a contract or to take actions aimed at concluding a contract.
The retention period for such inquiries is determined as follows:
• In case of failure to conclude a contract (interrupted, suspended conversations), data is deleted after 6 months from the date of last contact from your side;
• In case of impossibility to establish cooperation (e.g., if we do not provide services you are asking about), data is deleted immediately after clarifying the matter (usually no later than within a month);
• In case of concluding a contract, data is stored for the entire duration of cooperation, and then for the period of potential claims arising from this cooperation.
If your inquiry concerns the functionality of our website or questions or suggestions related to our services that you are recipients of, we consider actions to ensure the highest possible level of services provided and professional service to our clients as our legally justified interest (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Personal data contained in inquiries will be processed for the time necessary to handle these inquiries, and in case of complaints or if there is suspicion of claims, also for the period in which these claims may occur.
II. Recruitment Form Information Clause
The entity responsible for protecting information about you, in case of sending an application through our website (the so-called Personal Data Controller) is Call Center Pro Konrad Kwiatkowski with its registered office at Al. Wolności 50b, 42-200 Częstochowa.
Data will be processed for the purpose of including your candidacy in recruitment processes conducted by the Administrator.
The period during which we will use information about you will not be longer than six months.
In connection with the amendment of the Labor Code, the recruitment process is based on two legal grounds:
• Legal obligation under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (Labor Code art. 22¹ § 1)
• Your voluntary consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR
Required data by law includes: name and surname, date of birth, contact details indicated by you in CV, education, professional qualifications, course of previous employment.
If your CV contains additional data, the basis for their use is your voluntary consent, which you express by taking action consisting of sending us a CV containing this additional information.
This consent can be withdrawn at any time, which is not equivalent to resigning from participation in the recruitment.
III. Cookies
Cookie files (so-called "cookies") constitute IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the Service's websites. Cookies contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
The entity placing cookie files on the Service User's end device and gaining access to them is the Service operator Call Center Pro Konrad Kwiatkowski with its registered office at Al. Wolności 50b, 42-200 Częstochowa.
Cookie files are used for:
a) adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of websites;
b) creating statistics that help understand how Service Users use websites, which enables improving their structure and content;
c) maintaining session continuity.
The Service uses the following types of cookie files:
• "necessary" cookie files, enabling the use of services available within the Service;
• cookie files serving to ensure security;
• "performance" cookie files, enabling the collection of information about the way of using the Service's websites;
• "functional" cookie files, enabling "remembering" settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface.
Users of the Service can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookie files in web browser settings or to inform about their placement on the Service User's device each time.
IV. Information Collection and Telephone Contact Process
All information contained in this note can also be obtained by phone during a conversation with a consultant.

The services we provide consist of searching for people interested in the services of our clients and obtaining consent from these people for later presentation of the offer to them.
The conversations we conduct with you are recorded, and these recordings also contain personal data. They serve to document your possible consent as well as help us analyze the course of conversations and improve our services.
According to GDPR, we act in the so-called legally justified interest of the Administrator (art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
We plan to store your data for the period necessary for us to contact you and subsequent analysis of the conversation course. This will take us no more than a year.
