CALL CENTER PRO · EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008

E-commerce customer support without overloading your team

Do shipping, return and product questions leave little time to grow your store? We handle agreed phone, email or chat support using your policies and the order information needed to answer customers.

Describe your needs first. Your enquiry is not a commitment to order.

A defined job, a usable handoff

What you receive — and who does what

Discuss this scope →

Our responsibility

Our team: product questions, delivery updates, return intake and cases under your store’s policies.

Your input

Your team: current product data, order statuses, return policies and decisions outside agent permissions.

Your deliverable

Customers receive an answer and your team has the case history and any required escalation.

A pilot with a decision at the end

Start with one channel or case type. Review frequent questions, demand and data access. Abandoned-cart calling is a separate workflow with its own purpose and rules.

Scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed before work starts. An enquiry does not place an order.

Illustrative structure — not client results

Example store case handoff

  1. Topic → delivery, product, return or complaint
  2. Answer given → current source of information
  3. Next action → status and owner

Is this the right service for your business?

For online stores and DTC brands needing ongoing support or extra capacity for a promotion, seasonal peak or expansion.

Scope and working arrangements

Phone, email and chat

We agree channels, operating hours and scope. This includes access to order status, warehouse coordination and decision-making rules for returns and complaints. Store integrations are selected after a technical review.

Seasonal demand support

Promotions and seasonal peaks need forecasts, an up-to-date knowledge base, extra staffing and escalation paths. We plan scaling in advance to keep responses consistent across channels.

How to compare cost and quality

Pricing reflects volumes, handling time, hours and case complexity. Reporting can include response time, first-contact resolution, backlog and complaint reasons. A pilot compares initial assumptions with real workload.

Know what you are buying

Refunds and exceptions stay within your store’s permissions. Integrations and capacity require a review. Cart follow-up is a separately agreed process, not guaranteed order recovery.

Describe your project — let’s define the scope →

From first discussion to a pilot

  1. Your process

We discuss your audience, objective, volumes and systems.

  2. An agreed scope

You receive a proposed pilot, responsibilities, metrics and pricing.

  3. Preparation and pilot

We prepare materials, train the team and test the workflow.

  4. Review and next step

Together we review quality and results before deciding on scale.

Reporting that supports decisions

  • Volumes and response times by channel
  • Open, resolved and escalated cases
  • Recurring purchase, delivery and return issues

What determines the price?

Channels, coverage, case volumes and seasonality, tool access and agent permissions. Routine support is separate from upselling or cart follow-up campaigns.

Before you decide

Can you work with our store system?

We review access, order visibility and technical options. We can work in an agreed system or reporting workflow; no integration is promised before verification.

Can you help with abandoned carts?

We can discuss calls to customers your store is permitted to contact. Timing, scripts and order verification are agreed separately from routine support.

Can we start with a limited scope?

Yes. We agree a suitable scope, timing, cost and evaluation criteria after reviewing the process and team availability.

Let’s see how we can help

You do not need a complete brief. Tell us what is taking up your team’s time or which result you want to work towards. We will discuss the process, required information and possible next step.

What kind of support? (optional)

Selecting an option does not send an enquiry. You send it at the final step.
