CALL CENTER PRO · EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008

B2C sales calls, qualified leads and consumer appointments

Need conversations with individual customers, booked visits or follow-up to your own database? Start with one campaign goal. Our agents use your approved offer, qualify interest and record the outcome: a contact, an appointment or a confirmed order.

Describe your needs first. Your enquiry is not a commitment to order.

What you receive — and who does what

Our responsibility

Our team: calls using your approved offer, qualification and recorded outcomes.

Your input

Your team: offer terms, eligible contacts, agent permissions and order verification.

Your deliverable

An agreed campaign outcome: qualified interest, a booked visit or a verified order.

A pilot with a decision at the end

Choose one product or segment and a primary outcome. Test the conversation, quality and result verification in your system. Rejection reasons can improve the offer as well as the script.

Scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed before work starts. An enquiry does not place an order.

Illustrative structure — not client results

B2C call outcome — example structure

  1. Campaign goal → lead, visit or order
  2. Call outcome → interest, refusal or retry
  3. Verification → appointment or status from your system

Is this the right service for your business?

A service for businesses, not a consumer product or a recruitment offer. For service providers, e-commerce and brands with a defined offer, customer workflow and permitted contact process.

Scope and working arrangements

New leads and consumer appointments

For acquisition, agree the consumer profile, contact source and qualifying questions. For visits, agree slots, reminders and no-show rules.

Work with your existing contacts

Upselling, cart follow-up and win-back need different conversations. Select a workflow based on customer history and offer rather than one script for everyone.

Know what you are buying

Data sources and permitted use are agreed before calling. We do not sell consumer databases. Purchase intent is not a confirmed order, and a cart completed after a call is not automatically incremental revenue caused by that call.

Describe your project — let’s define the scope →

From first discussion to a pilot

  1. Your process

We discuss your audience, objective, volumes and systems.

  2. An agreed scope

You receive a proposed pilot, responsibilities, metrics and pricing.

  3. Preparation and pilot

We prepare materials, train the team and test the workflow.

  4. Review and next step

Together we review quality and results before deciding on scale.

Reporting that supports decisions

  • Conversations, interest and rejection reasons
  • Leads, bookings and attended visits — separately
  • Orders verified against your business records

What determines the price?

Offer and team preparation, conversation volume and duration, retries, tools and order verification. Outcome-based pricing requires a pilot and an unambiguous result definition.

Before you decide

Do you qualify B2C leads and arrange appointments?

Yes. Audience, contact sources and qualification criteria are agreed before launch. For appointments we define slots, confirmations and advisor handoff.

Can you follow up carts or existing store customers?

We can discuss a separate workflow using contacts eligible for that purpose. First agree the offer, timing and order verification.

Can we start with a limited scope?

Yes. We agree a suitable scope, timing, cost and evaluation criteria after reviewing the process and team availability.

Let’s see how we can help

You do not need a complete brief. Tell us what is taking up your team’s time or which result you want to work towards. We will discuss the process, required information and possible next step.

What kind of support? (optional)

Selecting an option does not send an enquiry. You send it at the final step.
