1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Call Center Pro Konrad Kwiatkowski with its registered office at Pustułeczki 2/2, 02-811 Warsaw, Poland ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. The Company provides professional call center services including but not limited to: • Inbound and outbound call handling • Customer service and technical support • Sales and lead generation services • Quality assurance and training programs • Multilingual communication solutions

2. Service Description

Our call center services are provided on a contractual basis according to individual agreements with clients. Services include: 2.1 Inbound Services: • Customer service and support • Technical helpdesk operations • Order processing and payment handling • Multilingual customer communication 2.2 Outbound Services: • Sales campaigns and lead generation • Customer retention programs • Appointment setting and scheduling • Market research and surveys 2.3 Specialized Services: • AI-powered call center solutions • Crisis hotline management • Quality assurance and monitoring • Agent training and development programs All services are performed by trained professionals according to industry standards and client specifications.

3. Client Obligations

Clients engaging our services agree to: 3.1 Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery 3.2 Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in their industry 3.3 Provide necessary training materials and product knowledge 3.4 Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared 3.5 Pay fees according to agreed payment terms 3.6 Notify us promptly of any changes to service requirements Clients are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to us is lawfully obtained and that we have proper authorization to process such data on their behalf.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. 4.1 Data Processing: • We process personal data only as necessary to provide our services • Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently • We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures 4.2 Data Subject Rights: • Individuals have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of their data • Data portability rights are respected where applicable • Complaints can be lodged with supervisory authorities 4.3 International Transfers: • Data may be transferred to third countries with adequate protection levels • Appropriate safeguards are implemented for all data transfers For detailed information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding: • Proprietary business information • Customer data and contact information • Technical specifications and processes • Financial information and pricing details 5.2 Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services and continue indefinitely unless information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party. 5.3 Exceptions to confidentiality include information that: • Is already publicly known • Is independently developed • Is required to be disclosed by law or court order

6. Service Level Agreements

6.1 Performance Standards: • Service availability and uptime commitments • Response time requirements • Quality metrics and customer satisfaction targets • Reporting and monitoring procedures 6.2 Service Credits: • Compensation may be provided for failure to meet agreed service levels • Credits are calculated according to contract terms • Credits represent the sole remedy for service level failures 6.3 Force Majeure: • Service level obligations may be suspended during events beyond our reasonable control • This includes natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to: • Direct damages actually incurred • The amount of fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim 7.2 We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities • Data loss not caused by our negligence • Third-party actions or omissions 7.3 These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate services: • With 30 days written notice for convenience • Immediately for material breach if not cured within 15 days of notice • Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt 8.2 Upon termination: • All outstanding fees become immediately due • Confidential information must be returned or destroyed • Data processing activities cease except as required by law • Provisions regarding confidentiality and liability survive termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts. Alternative dispute resolution methods may be pursued before litigation, including mediation or arbitration as agreed by the parties.
