CALL CENTER PRO · EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008
Voicebots and AI call center with human support
Are repeated questions taking up agent time while customers wait? We assess which conversations AI can handle, what information it needs and when a person should take over. Start with a pilot, not a promise to replace your team.
Try Callinka AI — ask a question ↓Describe your needs first. Your enquiry is not a commitment to order.
CALLINKA AI
Try a conversation with our assistant
Ask about our team, services or your project. Write a message or choose a suggested question — you do not need to fill out a contact form to try the assistant.
Prefer voice? Use the phone button in the bottom-right corner. Voice starts only when you choose to begin a call.

Write a message at the bottom of the chat or choose a suggested question.
Hi, I am Callinka. Call Center PRO has operated since 2008. Ask me about our live-agent team, AI, references, a custom project, performance-based billing or a free consultation.
A defined job, a usable handoff
What you receive — and who does what
Our responsibility
Our team: scenario design, knowledge sources, response testing and human handoff rules.
Your input
Your team: current information, permitted actions and an owner for answers and integration approval.
Your deliverable
A tested workflow with a report of successful handling, handoffs and issues to improve.
A pilot with a decision at the end
Choose one conversation type and acceptance criteria. Test missing knowledge, ambiguous questions and integration failures. The Callinka voice demo shows interaction, not readiness for your own workflow.
Scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed before work starts. An enquiry does not place an order.
Illustrative structure — not client results
What do we test before launch?
- Question → answer grounded in approved information
- Unknown request → disclosure and handoff
- Action → confirmation from the destination system
Is this the right service for your business?
For businesses with recurring questions or qualification steps, maintained knowledge sources and a defined human handoff.
Scope and working arrangements
Voicebot, chatbot or agent assistance
We match the solution to the task: knowledge-based answers, initial qualification, case intake or information retrieval for agents. Not every workflow needs a bot or full automation.
Test real questions
We prepare the scenario, knowledge scope and difficult test conversations. Checks cover answer quality, missing information, response time and human handoff. Actions such as booking require a separately verified integration.
Pilot first, then decide on automation
We compare outcomes with the plan: correct completions, human intervention and workflow cost. Only then do we decide whether to expand. We do not promise predetermined cost savings or full replacement of support.
Know what you are buying
AI can make mistakes. Integrations, languages, availability and costs need a review. A bot must not claim unconfirmed actions or make decisions outside its scope.
Describe your project — let’s define the scope →From first discussion to a pilot
Your process
We discuss your audience, objective, volumes and systems.
An agreed scope
You receive a proposed pilot, responsibilities, metrics and pricing.
Preparation and pilot
We prepare materials, train the team and test the workflow.
Review and next step
Together we review quality and results before deciding on scale.
Reporting that supports decisions
- In-scope completions and human handoffs
- Incorrect responses and required knowledge updates
- Handling time and cost at the tested volume
What determines the price?
Knowledge and workflow preparation, integrations, tests, AI service usage and ongoing maintenance. Conversation cost is not the full implementation and operating cost.
Before you decide
Can a bot book a meeting?
Only with an implemented integration and confirmation of success. Opening a calendar is not a booking. We review and test the workflow before launch.
Will AI replace all agents?
That is not our starting assumption. Automation is matched to the workflow, with complex or unusual cases routed to a person under agreed rules.
Can we start with a limited scope?
Yes. We agree a suitable scope, timing, cost and evaluation criteria after reviewing the process and team availability.
Let’s see how we can help
You do not need a complete brief. Tell us what is taking up your team’s time or which result you want to work towards. We will discuss the process, required information and possible next step.
