CALL CENTER PRO · EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008

Flexible call center teams for peaks and campaigns

Need extra capacity for a promotion, seasonal peak or selected hours without building a year-round team? Let’s define tasks, demand and the support period, then agree additional coverage and how to assess it.

Describe your needs first. Your enquiry is not a commitment to order.

Is this the right service for your business?

For businesses with fluctuating calls and enquiries, campaigns, planned cover or temporary support needs.

Scope and working arrangements

Staff to the workload

We start with hours, expected demand, handling effort and responsibilities. You do not need a fixed seat count; we assess the workload additional staff should cover.

Prepare before customer contact

Current knowledge, access, training and exception handling are needed. Preparation is part of the plan; an extra person is not instantly a fully prepared service.

Start, adjust and finish

We agree the support period and workload and quality reviews. Scaling depends on demand and availability; remaining tasks and knowledge are handed over at the end.

Know what you are buying

We do not promise a fixed headcount within 24 hours. Staffing, languages, launch date and commercial model depend on availability, training and tool access.

Describe your project — let’s define the scope →

From first discussion to a pilot

  1. Your process

We discuss your audience, objective, volumes and systems.

  2. An agreed scope

You receive a proposed pilot, responsibilities, metrics and pricing.

  3. Preparation and pilot

We prepare materials, train the team and test the workflow.

  4. Review and next step

Together we review quality and results before deciding on scale.

Reporting that supports decisions

  • Volumes by agreed time periods
  • Completed tasks, queues and escalations
  • Staffing utilisation and service quality

What determines the price?

Pricing depends on the support period, hours, tasks and preparation. The model follows a workload and availability review rather than a universal rate.

Before you decide

Do I need to know the headcount?

No. Start with volumes, hours and case types. These inform workload and support scope; a pilot helps check the assumptions.

Can the team work in our systems?

We review permissions, training and technical requirements. Access is not assumed and must be confirmed before launch.

Can we start with a limited scope?

Yes. We agree a suitable scope, timing, cost and evaluation criteria after reviewing the process and team availability.

Let’s see how we can help

You do not need a complete brief. Tell us what is taking up your team’s time or which result you want to work towards. We will discuss the process, required information and possible next step.

What kind of support? (optional)

Selecting an option does not send an enquiry. You send it at the final step.
