CALL CENTER PRO · EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008

Turn incoming enquiries into a clear next sales step

Enquiries arrive from ads, website forms or events, but your team cannot keep up? We contact people who have expressed interest, qualify their needs and follow up. Your salesperson receives a structured handoff rather than a calling backlog.

Describe your needs first. Your enquiry is not a commitment to order.

A defined job, a usable handoff

What you receive — and who does what

Our responsibility

Our team: contact within agreed hours, qualification questions, retries and recorded outcomes.

Your input

Your team: access to enquiries, an up-to-date offer and a handoff owner.

Your deliverable

Each enquiry has an owner, attempt history, qualification and an agreed next action.

A pilot with a decision at the end

Start with one campaign or queue. Agree coverage, intake timing, retry rules and handoff criteria. Review where the workflow loses contact or context.

Scope, price, timing and responsibilities are agreed before work starts. An enquiry does not place an order.

Illustrative structure — not client results

What does an enquiry record contain?

  1. Source and receipt time → queue and priority
  2. Attempts and identified need → current status
  3. Handoff or appointment → next conversation owner

Is this the right service for your business?

For businesses with existing enquiries that need consistent handling: B2B, consumer services, stores and campaigns requiring a conversation before purchase. This is not cold database acquisition.

Scope and working arrangements

From enquiry to case ownership

Agree intake, coverage, priorities and retry rules. Each enquiry has a status so your team can see what has happened.

More than a callback

We identify the need and fit. Sales receives context; other enquiries may need an answer, a later call or a support handoff.

Know what you are buying

Response times depend on coverage hours, volume, data handoff and team availability. We do not promise a callback in seconds without an agreed workflow. Contact, qualification, appointments and sales are distinct results.

Describe your project — let’s define the scope →

From first discussion to a pilot

  1. Your process

We discuss your audience, objective, volumes and systems.

  2. An agreed scope

You receive a proposed pilot, responsibilities, metrics and pricing.

  3. Preparation and pilot

We prepare materials, train the team and test the workflow.

  4. Review and next step

Together we review quality and results before deciding on scale.

Reporting that supports decisions

  • Time from enquiry receipt to the first attempt
  • Reach, qualification and reasons for non-fit
  • Handoffs and verified next stages

What determines the price?

Enquiry volume and arrival patterns, coverage hours, retry workload, qualification complexity and data handoff. Form count alone is not enough to price a complete service.

Before you decide

Can you handle Meta and Google Ads leads?

We can handle advertising enquiries. Before launch we agree data access and transfer, qualification questions and operating hours. Integration is reviewed for your actual tools.

Can we outsource only part of the enquiries?

Yes: one campaign, enquiry type or coverage window can be a starting point. Ownership rules help avoid duplicate outreach by our agents and your team.

Can we start with a limited scope?

Yes. We agree a suitable scope, timing, cost and evaluation criteria after reviewing the process and team availability.

Let’s see how we can help

You do not need a complete brief. Tell us what is taking up your team’s time or which result you want to work towards. We will discuss the process, required information and possible next step.

Selecting an option does not send an enquiry. You send it at the final step.
